Hemp Organization Creates Program to Certify Hemp-Sourced Intoxicants
Following the legalization of hemp with the passage of the 2018 Farm Bill, states across the country have seen an increase in the sale of products with intoxicating hemp cannabinoids. The bill’s passage saw a loophole that allowed the sale and manufacture of products with THC derived from hemp be created.
