Grey Cloak signed a Letter of Intent to acquire Eqova Life Sciences on September 19, 2017. Eqova Life Sciences develops clinical grade Full Spectrum Hemp Oil products that are sold exclusively through partnerships with licensed medical practitioners to use with their patients. Eqova debuted its new CannaBio Salve, an innovative topical salve with several aromatic natural oils, at the summit, which was attended by over 200 medical professionals.
